Betonbau GmbH & Co. KG in Bockenem is modernizing two production halls in the existing precast factory. Room cells are being produced for transformer stations, infrastructure applications and shaft structures as well as roofs and wall elements. They have been working with time-tested and proven internal and external vibrators from Wacker Neuson for many years and rely not only on the expertise and advice of Gerd Stamm from Wacker Neuson Concrete Solutions, but also on the external vibrator model AR54/6/250. The external vibrator series AR54 is characterized by its particular durability. In 24-hour long-time application, the model offers maximum operational safety, even under the harshest operating conditions. This is due, among other things, to the vibration proof and heat-resistant windings of the electric motor.
A production system is currently being completely converted and other systems are being partially converted to 250 V technology. The customers want to modernize its production and also see a major economic advantage in using lower currents and smaller cable cross-sections when designing the new systems. Investment and operating costs are also minimized by the tailor-made planning of the new appropriately-sized control technology.
