With our WeCare service package, you will benefit from a warranty of up to 36 months* – all without a surcharge when purchasing the machine.

* Valid for all compact machines and construction equipment purchased from a Wacker Neuson branch. Internal and external vibrators are excluded.
The advantages in the WeCare period are only provided by Wacker Neuson, if all following prerequisites are demostrably fullfilled:
- Regarding compact machines: Active EquipCare module since commissioning (if applicable)
- All instructions within the operating manual must be observed
- All maintenance and repair work must have been performed by Wacker Neuson branches or authorized distributors
- Use of origianl spare parts only for these works
**The WeCare period is not extended with the machine's change of ownership.

WeCare Premium (full-service package)
All the benefits of "WeCare Plus" with the following additional damages included**:
- Damages covered by warranty that do not follow the machine’s normal wear pattern (e.g. hydraulic pumps)
- Damages that are no longer covered by warranty after a specific period of time (e.g. standard battery)
- Damage corresponding to the machine’s normal wear pattern (e.g. track rollers)
