Visitors will find the company in the south outdoor area at booth O/220. The focus of the exhibition will be Wacker Neuson’s comprehensive range of solutions for the rail and track construction market. Taking center stage will be the Wacker Neuson DV90 two-way dumper, which has been further developed specifically to meet the demands of track construction.

Unobstructed view in the direction of travel: The DV90 Dumper in track design

A highlight of the trade show is the DV90 two-way dumper. While two-way wheeled excavators excel at precise excavation and loading tasks, the dumper handles material transport over longer distances economically and efficiently. Thanks to its high payload, the option for trailer operation, and precise material distribution, it boosts productivity on the construction site. A particular advantage in rail applications is the proven Dual View operating concept: The operator rotates the entire seat and control unit 180 degrees so that their line of sight always aligns with the direction of travel, thereby meeting regulatory requirements. This ensures an optimal field of view when traveling on the tracks while also increasing operating comfort and safety. The concept is complemented by camera systems for safe rail entry and exit, as well as other safety and equipment features specifically tailored to railway infrastructure construction.

Construction Equipment for efficient track construction projects

Wacker Neuson’s construction equipment portfolio also covers key steps in track construction—from compaction of the ballast bed to tamping and maintenance work. This includes the remote-controlled DPU110r vibratory plate with coupling kit. The system allows three DPU110r units to be connected into a powerful compaction unit, enabling efficient processing of even large ballast areas. While the DPU110r with coupling kit ensures efficient surface compaction of the ballast bed, the BH55rw tamping machine—developed specifically for track construction—handles precise tamping and underlayment work. With a percussion rate of 1,350 blows per minute and a single-blow energy of 55 joules, it reliably performs compaction of ballast. The low hand-arm vibration (HAV) also enables ergonomic operation during tamping and maintenance work.
